<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus control system capable of executing apparatus control that controls energy consumption and improves security and user convenience, an apparatus control device, an apparatus control method and a program.SOLUTION: The apparatus control system includes: a reservation part 151 which receives input of place identification information, usage date and user identification information and reserves the usage of a place and an apparatus disposed in the place at the usage date by a user; a determination part 153 which acquires user positional information and place positional information and determines whether a predetermined relation is established between a position of the user and a position of the place after a first time before start of the usage date; a control information generation part which acquires apparatus information including at least apparatus identification information identifying the apparatus on a network to generate control information for controlling operation of the apparatus using the apparatus information; and an apparatus control part for controlling the operation of the apparatus using the control information when the predetermined relation is established.</p> |
