The present invention relates to a producing method of adult stem cells, which expresses an anti-aging factor cultured under hypoxic conditions and a cell treating agent for anti-aging comprising the adult stem cells as an active ingredient. The cell treating agent for anti-aging comprising the adult stem cells as an active ingredient according to the present invention decreases AIMP3 expression and increases expression of TET1, SIRT1, SIRT6 and HIF1, thereby can be used as a cell treating agent for anti-aging or anti-cognitive malfunction by aging. |
