The present invention relates to a sheet including a hybrid coating layer, which comprises: a sheet main body; and a coating layer coated with a hybrid coating liquid on the top and bottom part of the sheet main body. The hybrid coating liquid of the present invention contains: a polyurethane resin; an anti-blocking agent comprising inorganic particles; a wear-resistant enhancer; an anti-slip improving agent; a surface leveling agent; and a solvent. Accordingly, it is possible to improve anti-blocking properties, wear-resistancy, slipping properties, transparency, and printabilities by coating the coating layer on the top and bottom part of the sheet main body, and also possible to provide effects of increasing efficiency in a manufacturing process.
