PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state image sensor capable of reducing a driving time while coping with increase in the number of pixels.SOLUTION: The solid state image sensor comprises: a pixel array part 1 in which pixels PC for accumulating photoelectrically converted electric charge are arranged in matrix of rows and columns; and a vertical scanning circuit 2 in which drivers B for driving the pixels PC are dispersed for the respective rows. |
