PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: about a communication terminal used for a TV conference or the like, an input device is being simplified by, for example, reducing the number of character input buttons to the minimum due to a miniaturization request; and therefore, an additional request needs time and work when information necessary for the request to add a destination candidate such as opposite party terminal identification information is input using the input device of the communication terminal.SOLUTION: A communication management system notifies a second communication terminal of specific information to specify a first communication terminal that is waiting for being added as a destination candidate, and thereby accepts a request to add the first communication terminal as a destination candidate. The second communication terminal is enabled to perform a request to add a destination candidate on the basis of the specific information transmitted by the communication management system, and thereby to reduce time and work required for a destination candidate addition request. |
