<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of decision support when an occupancy applicant considers a life pattern of neighborhood and selects one room in a housing complex.SOLUTION: An occupant decision support system 1 comprises: a sensor information acquisition part 11; a sensor information DB database 12; an occupant annoyance degree calculation part 13; an annoyance giving degree calculation part 14; and an annoyance degree comparison part 15. The occupant annoyance degree calculation part 13 refers to the sensor information DB 12, and calculates time distribution of the annoyance degree for one day which indicates annoyance degree which an occupancy applicant is subjected to when the occupancy applicant occupies a vacant room by a life pattern of a neighborhood from the time series data of the sensor information acquired by the sensor information acquisition part 11. The annoyance degree comparison part 15 compares the time distribution of the annoyance degree of the adjacent neighborhood calculated by the occupant annoyance degree calculation part 13 for one day and time distribution of the annoyance degree which the neighborhood is subjected to by a life pattern of the occupancy applicant calculated or estimated by the annoyance giving degree calculation part 14, and then calculates correlation degree.</p> |
