<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of automatically changing over scrolling directions in light of a scrolling direction assumed by an operator.SOLUTION: A display device comprises: an operation unit 10 capable of indicating an operation direction; a storage unit 25 storing a first item selected at a time of starting scrolling operation along a predetermined axis by the operation unit 10 from among a plurality of selection items displayed on a display 30 along the predetermined axis and a first operation direction by the operation unit 10 right after starting the scrolling operation; a recognition unit recognizing a finally selected second item; and a control unit 20 inverting a scrolling direction output on the display 30 by the scrolling operation along the predetermined axis by the operation unit 10 if the operation direction of the scrolling operation of shortest scrolling motion from the first item to the second item along the predetermined axis by the operation unit 10 differs from the first operation direction.</p> |
