<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently vulcanize a plurality of tires in an aligned state in a tire width direction while suppressing the deformation of the tires having unvulcanized rubber between tread rubber and a base tire.SOLUTION: A rim 40 is attached to a pair of bead parts 6, 7 of each tire 1, and forms a sealed space 8 at the inside of the tire 1. A holding body 50 holds a plurality of the tires 1 in an aligned state in a tire width direction. An envelope 60 covers at least a tread part 1A of the plurality of tires 1 which are held by the holding body 50. Inner pressure applying means 12 supplies a pressurizing medium to the sealed space 8 at the inside of the tire 1, and applies inner pressure to the tire 1. The rim 40 has a first rim part 42 attached to one bead part 6, and a second rim part 43 attached to the other bead part 7 and combined with the first rim part 42.</p> |
