<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or eliminate fine bubbles generated on an inner wall of a tank when injecting liquid into the tank.SOLUTION: A liquid tank 9 includes: a storage section 35 for storing liquid; an injection port 51 capable of injecting the liquid into the storage section 35; a supply port 53 for discharging the liquid in the storage section 35; and a visible section 52 for allowing a user to recognize the amount of the liquid in the storage section 35. A part of an inner wall of the liquid tank 9 is subjected to hydrophilization treatment while a region corresponding to the visible section 52 of the inner wall of the liquid tank 9 is not subjected to the hydrophilization treatment.</p> |
