The present invention relates to a cereal bar for weight control which is easy to digest, is nutritious, and is easy to carry and take, and to a method for producing the same. The method for producing a cereal bar for weight control comprises: a main material grinding and mixing step of grinding 10 wt% of rice, 25 wt% of oat, 5 wt% of barley, 10 wt% of brown rice, 5 wt% of peanut, and 5 wt% of almond into powders having a grain size of 50 to 100 mesh, and grinding 5 wt% of corn, and 5 wt% of bean into powders having a grain size of greater than or equal to 200 mesh; an auxiliary material mixing step of mixing 5 wt% of raisin, and 5 wt% of dried cranberry with the main materials; a step of preparing liquid additional materials by mixing 1 wt% of collagen, 6 wt% of sugar, 1 wt% of mixed formulation multivitamin (a, b1, b2, b6, c, e, d, b12, niacin, and folic acid), 10 wt% of malt syrup, and 2 wt% of pomegranate juice; a step of mixing the additional materials with the mixture of the main materials and auxiliary materials, and kneading the same; a step of putting the materials kneaded in the kneading step into a forming machine, and forming the same; and a step of rapidly drying the materials formed in the forming step. |
