<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which improves the ability of a cooling pipe to cool a core of an armature.SOLUTION: An armature 40 is used for a linear motor and disposed spaced away from a field magnetic element 30. The armature 40 includes: an armature core 41 including a yoke part 42 extending in an X direction and multiple teeth parts 43 protruding to the field magnetic element 30 side from the yoke part 42; coils 49 respectively wound around the teeth parts 43; and a cooling pipe 60 for cooling the armature core 41. Grooves 51 in which at least parts of the cooling pipe 60 are stored are formed in the yoke part 42. The grooves 51 are formed at positions separated from a lower surface 42b of the yoke part 42 which faces the field magnetic element 30.</p> |
