摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a solid electrolytic capacitor device arranged so that the occurrence of a failure owing to short circuit is suppressed by ensuring an insulation distance between an anode lead and a solid electrolytic layer; a method for manufacturing such a solid electrolytic capacitor device; and a solid electrolytic capacitor.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor device comprises the steps of: forming a dielectric layer 3 on the surface of an anode body 2 composed of a valve metal porous body with an anode lead 1 lead out therefrom; forming an insulator layer 4 on the surface of at least a part of the dielectric layer 3 on the surface of the anode lead 1; forming a solid electrolytic layer of conductive polymer on the surface of the dielectric layer 3 and the surface of the insulator layer 4, provided that the solid electrolytic layer includes a chemically-polymerized layer 5 formed by chemical polymerization and an electrolytic polymerization layer 6 formed by electrolytic polymerization; and performing a laser processing for removing the parts of the dielectric layer 3 to the solid electrolytic layer formed over the anode lead 1, in which the solid electrolytic layer is delaminated from the insulator layer 4 near the parts targeted for the removal, whereby the surface of the insulator layer 4 and the surface of the solid electrolytic layer are formed like stairs over the surface of the anode lead 1.</p>
