PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal capable of grasping transition in a position of the portable communication terminal without spending much cost or the like, a position transition grasping system, a collection information providing device, a position transition providing program, a collection information providing program, a position transition grasping method, a position transition providing method and a collection information providing method.SOLUTION: Portable communication terminals 10a-10z include communication means 11a-11z, positional information generation means 12a-12z and storage means 13a-13z, respectively. The communication means 11a-11z perform short-range radio communications. The positional information generation means 12a-12z generate positional information indicating present positions in the case where the communication means 11a-11z perform the short-range radio communications with the other portable communication terminals. The storage means 13a-13z store the positional information generated by the positional information generation means 12a-12z. The communication means 11a-11z then transmit the positional information stored in the storage means 13a-13z to information collection means 20.
