PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a curable resin composition that can achieve both good adhesion and electrical characteristic and yet can produce a cured product having sufficient surface hardness and transparency; also a cured film formed by said curable resin composition; and a display device member and a display device that can realize high definition by having said cured film. ! SOLUTION: Provided is a curable resin composition comprising an alkali-soluble resin having a degree of dispersion (Mw/Mn) of 2.0 to 3.5, and a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound having 3 or more functionalities. !
