PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage material and a heat storage body applicable in a wide temperature range from a low-temperature range to a high-temperature range, including a middle temperature range, and having high durability and high heat exchanger effectiveness, and a method for manufacturing the heat storage material. ! SOLUTION: A heat storage material A is constituted of a hollow pipe 1 with heat resistance/thermal conductivity, and a filler 2 with heat storage property, filled therein. The filler 2 is constituted of sand, fragments of fire brick, crushed materials or concrete. The heat storage material is manufactured by installing concrete as the filler 2 into the inside of the pipe 1 with heat resistance/thermal conductivity followed by curing for a fixed time, and heating the product around 100°C. !
