A system and a method for providing an intellectual property service are disclosed. The system for providing an intellectual property service comprises: an authentication unit which receives information of a user who wants to be registered as an intellectual property related work agent, and authenticates qualification as the intellectual property related work agent of the user; an idea receiving unit which receives an idea to be protected as intellectual property from a terminal of an idea provider; and a reverse auction unit which which receives, from a terminal of one or more intellectual property related work agents authenticated in the authentication unit with respect to the idea, a condition for performing an intellectual property related work of each agent, provides a condition for performing an intellectual property related work of one or more intellectual property related work agents to the terminal of the idea provider, and performs a reverse auction of selecting an intellectual property related work agent to perform an intellectual property related work with respect to the idea among one or more intellectual property related work agents from the terminal of the idea provider. |
