PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cue point control device capable of setting a cue point without taking any equipment during recording, and easily finding out a desired cue point during reproduction, and a cue point control program.SOLUTION: The cue point control device is configured to set one or more markers when shooting a presentation that is performed while displaying images on a screen of a display device, as a motion picture. The cue point control device includes: a motion detection part for detecting motions of a user who performs the presentation; and a control part for setting a temporal marker to a frame in the case where a first motion of the user relating to the setting of the marker is determined, in the motion picture being captured when the first motion is discriminated from the detected motions.
