<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an inter-phase power consumption difference that may accidentally occur and improve an inter-phase balance of three-phase current, when suppressing the total sum of power usage by processing the upper limit of manipulated variables of multiple control loops assigned to any of three phases.SOLUTION: A group registry unit 26 registers the result of previously grouping a control loop i (i=1-n) of n pieces (n is an integer of 2 or more) assigned to any of R phase, S phase and T phase in multiple groups so as to improve a balance of mutual power consumption. A simultaneous change detection unit 27 detects a simultaneous change of a set value SPi to the control loop i. A set value operation unit 28 transmits the change of the set value SPi to the control loop i at different timing every group, when the simultaneous change of the set value SPi is detected.</p> |
