PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire useful for inducing people escaping from tsunami.SOLUTION: A luminaire 100 includes: an illumination unit 110 capable of floating by means of a balloon 111; a receiving unit 160 for receiving tsunami information relevant to a tsunami; and a control unit 120 that, when the receiving unit 160 receives a piece of tsunami information, controls the illumination unit 110 to rise up.
