PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric compound that is useful for the production of a light-emitting element excellent in an external quantum yield.SOLUTION: The polymeric compound comprises: a phosphorescent structural unit (B) having a structure of a phosphorescent compound (B) showing a maximum peak wavelength from 400 nm to 480 nm in an emission spectrum; a phosphorescent structural unit (G) having a structure of a phosphorescent compound (G) showing a maximum peak wavelength from 480 nm to 680 nm in an emission spectrum; and a crosslinking structural unit (XL) having at least one crosslinking group having a specific structure.
