The present invention relates to a case with a heat dissipation function and a waterproof function. The case includes a grill member which includes an outer grill member which is separately arranged in an opening part of a main body with a preset interval and a lower tilting member which is downwardly inclined and extended from each lower side of the outer grill member to the inner direction of the main body. Unlike the existing technology, the present invention maximally blocks the inflow of water to the case from the outside, and has a sufficient ventilation structure for heat dissipation. |
