PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which a degradation in sheet conveying accuracy can be suppressed by sufficiently suppressing deformation of a conveyance roller.SOLUTION: This inkjet printer 100 (the image forming apparatus) includes a printing part 2, a lower conveyance roller 51 for conveying a sheet 92, a bearing 51d for supporting the lower conveyance roller 51 so as to rotate with respect to a casing 1, a belt rotating mechanism including a second belt 7 which is trained over the lower conveyance roller 51 and drives the lower conveyance roller 51, and a leaf spring 6 for energizing the lower conveyance roller 51 in a direction opposite to a direction in which the lower conveyance roller 51 is deformed with the tension of the second belt 7. The second belt 7 is arranged outside the bearing 51d in the shaft direction of the lower conveyance roller 51 with respect to the bearing 51d, and the leaf spring 6 is arranged outside the second belt 7 in the shaft direction of the lower conveyance roller 51 so as to energize the lower conveyance roller 51. |
