<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat diagnostic device capable of measuring an ultrasonic speed change and of performing fat diagnosis while influences of chronotropism caused by respiration and heartbeats of a measured person are suppressed.SOLUTION: A device includes: a processing unit 21 which successively obtains ultrasonic echo signals for a plurality of frames and forms a group of B-mode images of the plurality of frames; a data storage unit 15 for storing the ultrasonic echo signals corresponding to groups of B-mode images obtained before and after heating respectively; an extraction unit 22 which calculates cross-correlation between frames of at least one of the groups of B-mode images before and after the heating to extract one of the frames as a reference image, and calculates cross-correlation between the reference image and frames of the other group of B-mode images to extract one of the frames as a comparison image; and an ultrasonic speed change analysis unit 23 which calculates a change of an ultrasonic speed on the basis of the ultrasonic echo signals corresponding to the reference image and the comparison image to form an ultrasonic speed change image.</p> |
