<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece processing apparatus capable of processing a workpiece expanded and contracted due to the temperature of a processing atmosphere with high accuracy by matching a processing position by workpiece processing means with a position of the processed workpiece to reduce processing failure, when the work piece is processed.SOLUTION: The amount of expansion and contraction of a workpiece is calculated by comparing a marking place in three-dimensional imaging data with three dimensional data corresponding to the marking place by comparison means. Three-dimensional processing data of a processing position on the longitudinal direction end part side of the workpiece are calibrated on the basis of the calculated expansion and contraction data. When at least the longitudinal direction end part side of the workpiece is processed, workpiece processing means is driven and controlled on the basis of the calibrated three-dimensional processing data.</p> |
