<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seal vacuum pump in which fluidity when a vane wheel is casted is improved and which is advantageous for performing an end face processing for decreasing an end face clearance of the vane wheel and advantageous for correcting balance without increasing a blade thickness.SOLUTION: A liquid seal vacuum pump 1 comprises a casing 40 formed with an inner space and including a suction port 41 and a discharging port 42 both for releasing the inner space ; a vane wheel 30 eccentrically arranged in the inner space of the casing 40 and provided with a plurality of blades 42; and a motor 10 for rotating the vane wheel 30. Liquid is supplied to the inner space of the casing 40, the vane wheel 30 is rotated by the motor 10 to form a liquid ring L at the inner space of the casing 40, air taken through the suction port 41 is compressed at a compression space C inside the liquid seal ring L and then discharged out of the discharging port 42. The vane wheel 30 is provided with a blade connecting part 33 for connecting adjoining blades 32.</p> |
