<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve output and fuel economy of an engine by using a cam in an appropriate region for each gear position of a transmission.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a vehicle controller 80 including: an engine 14; a transmission 83 transmitting the rotation of the engine 14 by shifting gears; and a controller 81 controlling the engine 14. The engine 14 includes: a valve opening or closing a combustion chamber; and a cam 53 rotating about a predetermined rotational axis to actuate the valve and having a cam profile changing in a rotational axis direction. The control unit 81 sets a usable range of the cam 53 for every gear position of the transmission 83.</p> |
