PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management system that can give a user motivation of visit.SOLUTION: A point management system is configured as follows: points of an initial value are imparted to a user satisfying a predetermined right acquisition condition; the balance of the imparted points is associated with identification information of the user and recorded in balance data; and the balance of the points recorded in association with the identification information of the user is made to use as at least a portion of a financial value to be used by the user in response to the accounting to the user in a store. When the balance of the points recorded in the balance data is smaller than the initial value and is decreased to less than a predetermined reference value, the fact is contained in at least a portion of satisfied requirements, and thereby a recovery condition is set. A determination is made whether or not the recovery condition is satisfied whenever a predetermined time and date comes, and the balance of the points recorded in association with the identification information of the user satisfying the recovery condition is increased in a predetermined limit.
