PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce skew of data between memory cell array regions.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises memory cell array regions ARY0, ARY8, data input-output terminals LDQ, UDQ, and a data bus DB. The data bus DB includes: nodes N1, N2 positioned in a central region PE10 of a chip; a first section extending in a Y direction and connecting the memory cell array region ARY0 to the node N1; a second section extending in the Y direction and connecting the memory cell array region ARY8 to the node N2; a third section extending in an X direction and connecting the data input-output terminal LDQ to the node N1; and a fourth section extending in the X direction and connecting the data input-output terminal UDQ to the node N2. The first section is longer than the second section, and the third section is shorter than the fourth section. According to the invention, skew of data between the memory cell array regions is reduced. |
