PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a schedule of design work based on a situation of a production process, and a range of a design solution selectable according to the situation of the production process.SOLUTION: An apparatus for management support of design and production has: means for storing design problem data showing design problem becoming a target of design work, design solution data showing a candidate selectable as a design solution, event data and preceding constraint data showing the preceding/subsequent work relationship between the events; means for generating the design problem data, the design solution data and the event data showing the event about the design work; means for generating the event data showing the event about a production operation, and the preceding constraint data showing the preceding/subsequent work relationship between the design work completion and the production operation start; means for determining a start time and a completion time of the production operation based on the event data and the preceding constraint data; means for testing whether or not the production operation corresponding to the solutions can coexist; and means for determining the start time and completion time of each design work, and the latest completion time of the design work every solution based on the determined start time and completion time of the production operation. |
