PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection frame-type LED light emitting device, completely preventing light in a side face direction of an LED element from leaking out, and fixing a reflection frame to a reflective resin by assembling an uneven shape provided to the reflection frame and the reflective resin so that assembly is easy and the change of the shape of the reflection frame can be freely selected.SOLUTION: An LED light emitting device includes: an LED element 1 flip-chip-mounted on a circuit board 7; a phosphor layer 2 placed on a light emitting face of the LED element 1; a reflective resin 3 coating a side face of the LED element 1 and a side face of the phosphor layer 2; and a reflection frame 9 having an aperture on an upper face of the phosphor layer 2. A projecting part 9a is provided on a lower face of the reflection frame 9, a recessed part is provided on an upper face of the reflective resin 3, and the projecting part 9a of the reflection frame 9 is engaged into the recessed part of the reflective resin 3 to be firmly fixed. |
