PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepwise message transmission system in which any one can easily understand what kind of content of message is to be created and may be transmitted at any stage by using a message function of SNS and electronic mail, and how to make the expression.SOLUTION: A transmitter of a serial message is used for series advertisement and series education. The transmitter comprises: a template memory unit 10 recording a serial template 3; a display unit 12 for displaying a template of the present stage read out from here in an editable manner; a mail creation unit 11 for editing this template and creating a message for transmission; and a transmitting/receiving unit 13 for transmitting the created mail to an electronic mail device 2.
