PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust the position of an end of a protective film when the protective film is formed so as to cover an electrode.SOLUTION: The electrode substrate ES includes: a detection electrode TDL formed on a glass substrate 31; an irregular pattern UE1 formed on the glass substrate 31; and a protective film 33 formed so as to cover the detection electrode TDL. In the plan view, the irregular pattern UE1 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the detection electrode TDL on the glass substrate 31. In the plan view, the protective film 33 is formed so as to cover the glass substrate 31 in a part positioned between the detection electrode TDL and the irregular pattern UE1.
