<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broach grinding device that can perform a proces of grinding a flank and a process of removing burrs at a small space with a stable quality.SOLUTION: A broach grinding device 1 comprises: a cradle 2, a column 3, a rotary head 4 and a turning mechanism 5. In the cradle 2 are provided a pair of broach supporting tables 21 that support rotatably a broach 8. The column 3 is arranged to be relatively movable in a shaft direction of the broach 8 to the broach 8 in the cradle 2. The rotary head 4 is arranged in the column 3 and constituted so as to support a disc grindstone 6 and a brush 7 for removing burrs and rotate individually the grindstone and the brush. The turning mechanism 5 is arranged in the column 3 and constituted so as to turn the rotary head 4 around a first turning shaft line C1 along a horizontal direction Y and around a second turning shaft line C2 orthogonal to the first turning shaft line C1.</p> |
