The present invention relates to a squatting exercise board which is designed for a musculus quadriceps femoris strengthening exercise for recovery from damage caused by sports activities and diseases, and has a structure which enables a user to adjust intensity of the exercise. The squatting exercise board includes: a base plate placed on the ground; a foothold which has one end portion hinged to one side of an upper portion of the base plate to enable the other end portion to be lifted up from the base plate; a foothold support means which supports the foothold to allow an included angle, formed between the base plate and the foothold, to be adjusted at multiple levels; and a slipping prevention means which is arranged on an upper side of the foothold to prevent a user, who stands on the upper side of the foothold which is fixated to be inclined with respect to the ground, from slipping from the foothold. |
