PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device and a floor heating system using the hot water supply device in which its configuration is simple, its mounting work is easy, a cost in respect to an installation expenditure is less-expensive, it has an economical efficiency, its running cost is restricted low, no trouble occurs and a long term continuous keeping management expenditure can be substantially reduced.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a hot water supply device 1 having a heat generating part 50 comprising a water tank part 2 having a three-dimensional shape and made of material with high thermal conductivity; an adiabatic material layer part 4 covering an outer circumferential surface part 3 of the water tank part 2; a planar heat generating part 7 in the adiabatic material layer part 4 arranged on an opposing surface 5 while being contacted with the outer circumferential surface part 3 of the water tank part 2 having a heat generating layer 6 where conductive particles and appropriate synthetic resin components are mixed to each other; a pair of electrodes 8 attached to the planar heat generating part 7; and a wiring part 9 electrically connected to the electrodes 8. |
