PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately calculate an electric rate of each exclusive part of a facility having a power generating system in a common part.SOLUTION: An electric rate calculation system for calculating an electric rate of each of a plurality of exclusive parts of a facility having the plurality of exclusive parts, a plurality of electric meters for measuring a plurality of first amounts of electric power consumed in the plurality of exclusive parts, and a common part where a power generation system is installed includes: a detection device 421 for detecting, per unit time, whether or not a second amount of electric power generated by the power generation system exceeds a third amount of electric power consumed in the plurality of exclusive parts and the common part during a prescribed period of time; and a calculation device 411 for calculating an electric rate during the prescribed period of time on the basis of each of the plurality of first amounts of electric power by applying a first rate scheme to first time units when the second amount of electric power is found to exceed the third amount of electric power, and by applying a second rate scheme to second time units when the second amount of electric power is found to be less than the third amount of electric power. |
