<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device including a master machine and a plurality of slave machines, capable of suppressing interference caused by echoes.SOLUTION: A plurality of slave machines 210-1 to 210-3 each include an ultrasonic transducer 210-1; a signal circuit 220-1; and a control unit 230 controlling the signal circuit 220-1 so that the ultrasonic transducer 210-1 generates an ultrasonic response signal after the passage of preset delay time since the ultrasonic transducer 210-1 receives an ultrasonic transmission signal transmitted from a master machine 100. The delay time is set to be equal to or longer than ultrasonic response signal echo convergence time. A difference in the delay time between the slave machines is set to be equal to or longer than the ultrasonic response signal echo convergence time.</p> |
