<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis apparatus that can prevent deterioration of analysis data beforehand.SOLUTION: An automatic analysis apparatus comprises: a sample dispensation probe 16 that performs dispensation for sucking a sample in a sample container 17 to discharge the sample to a reaction container 3; a position detection unit 31 that detects a position of the sample dispensation probe 16; a liquid level detector 32 that detects a contact with respect to the sample in the sample container 17 of the sample dispensation probe 16, and a clearance from the sample; and a determination unit 40 that determines whether the dispensation of the sample by the sample dispensation probe 16 is normal. The determination unit is configured to determine that the dispensation thereof is normal on the basis of information on the clearance of the sample dispensation probe 16 to be detected by the liquid level detector 32 in a clearance position P3 of the sample dispensation probe 16 having sucked the sample, and determine that the dispensation thereof is abnormal on the basis of information on the contact of the sample dispensation probe 16.</p> |
