PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer particle that exhibits stable sustained-release performance even at high temperature and also has excellent storage stability at high temperature.SOLUTION: This fertilizer particle comprises: a liquid fertilizer that includes a fertilizer component; and a shell that envelops the liquid fertilizer. The shell comprises a thermoplastic resin whose main chain skeleton comprises a carbon-carbon bond.
