PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device for molding a resin molding integrated with skin, and made by depositing a resilient skin material on a resin substrate surface, without generating wrinkles on the surface.SOLUTION: A molding device 1 integrally molds a door trim 10 where a skin material 10a is deposited on a resin base material 10b surface by charging thermoplastic resin 11 into a cavity 7a of a molding die 7 followed by solidifying. A lower molding surface 4a of a lower die 4 is provided with a holding means 12 appearing in and receding from the lower molding surface 4a when charging the thermoplastic resin 11 into the cavity 7a followed by solidifying, and holding the marginal part of the skin material 10a with a continuous part from a skin material non-corresponding region R2 of a skin material corresponding region R1 in an upper side molding surface 5a of an upper die 5.
