PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of cracks in a product part.SOLUTION: A contour scribe line 100 for a product part is formed toward the inside of a substrate, the contour scribe line 100 having a start point and a terminal point on an edge of the substrate. An auxiliary scribe line 200 is formed along the contour scribe line 100 so as to define a belt-shaped part 32 between the contour scribe line 100 and the auxiliary scribe line 200.
