<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device capable of determining foreign matter removing capacity of an adhesive roller, in removing foreign matters on a long member by using the adhesive roller.SOLUTION: A conveyance device 1 for conveying a flexible long member 2 in a longitudinal direction of the long member 2, comprises: an adhesive roller 7 which is provided on a conveyance path of the long member 2 and adheres to the long member 2 in order to remove foreign matters from the long member 2; a first tensile force measuring section 13 which measures tensile force of the long member 2 at an upstream side of the adhesive roller 7 in a conveyance direction of the long member 2; a second tensile force measuring section 14 which measures tensile force of the long member 2 at a downstream side of the adhesive roller 7 in the conveyance direction; and a determination section 15 which determines foreign matter removing capacity of the adhesive roller 7, on the basis of a relationship between the first tensile force measured by the first tensile force measuring section 13 and the second tensile force measured by the second tensile force measuring section 14.</p> |
