<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unevenness in density of developed images while improving productivity of a developing sleeve.SOLUTION: A developing roll includes a cylindrical developing sleeve that rotates around the axis, and a magnet part that is provided inside the developing sleeve and has a plurality of magnetic poles. The developing sleeve has grooves formed on the surface along the axial direction. The developing sleeve has an amplitude in the radial direction of the outer peripheral surface of more than 20μm and less than 30μm, and an amplitude in the radial direction of the bottom of the grooves of 35μm or less.</p> |
