Provided is a manufacturing method of an anti-glare film, which can rapidly coagulate an organic particle with an average particle diameter in the range of 1-5 μm to a big aggregate, which comprises: controlling an application solution containing at least (c) an organic particle having an average particle diameter in the range of 1-5 μm, (a) a water-reactive viscosity-increasing material increased with viscosity by reacting with water, a binder resin, and an organic solvent; applying on a film substrate with a wet film thickness greater than or equal to 10 μm; spraying humidified air with the dew point temperature higher than or equal to 10°C, when solid concentration of the applied application film (T) is in the range of 20-60 mass%; and forming an aggregate (Y) of an organic particle by inclining the film substrate after spraying the humidified air with respect to a horizontal surface at 10-60 ° and returning. |
