The present invention relates to a circular manhole housing support apparatus and, more specifically, comprises: a first leg member composed of a long stick shape; a fixing unit composed of a moving member, a first fixing body, and a second fixing body; and a fixing plate to which one end of at least two first leg members is individually coupled in an outer side surface. The present invention relates to a manhole repairing method using a manhole housing support apparatus and a cast, which comprises the following steps of: (a) raising a manhole housing; (b) installing a cast; (c) coupling the manhole housing to the manhole housing support apparatus; (d) installing the manhole housing support apparatus around a manhole; (e) filling a filling material; and (f) covering an upper surface of the manhole housing with a manhole cover.
