摘要 The present invention relates to a dendrimer-based retinal disease treatment medicine carrier which can easily penetrate to the choroid of retinal layers by using an intravitreal injection method or an eye drop method. According to the present invention, the retinal disease treatment medicine carrier modifies a terminal functional group of a core to a surface functional group for enhancing the ocular penetration performance. Accordingly, the carrier can effectively pass through the outer layer of an eye such as the cornea or sclera by being dropped or injected into the eye in order to penetrate to choroid of the retinal layers in the vitreous cavity as well as the vitreous cavity itself, thereby being useful as a carrier for the retinal disease treatment medicine.
