The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a toilet seat and an injection mold for the same wherein, more particularly, a process for additionally attaching a fabric or a sponge to the toilet seat, made of a synthetic resin, or covering the toil seat with the fabric or the sponge does not need to be performed as the toilet seat is injection-molded to make a fabric attached to the surface of an upper body of the toilet seat when the toilet seat, comprising separable the upper body and a lower body, is injection-molded, and the toilet can be conveniently used without cold sensation without purchasing an expensive bidet as heat wires are arranged in the toilet seat. The method for manufacturing a toilet seat comprises: a fabric insert process for inserting a fabric into a cavity of the upper body from multiple cavities of the open injection mold in the shapes of the upper body and the lower body of the toilet seat; a molten resin injection process for closing the open injection mold, injecting a molten resin into the cavity in which the fabric is inserted, and coloring and curing the molten resin; an injection-molded product extraction process for operating the closed injection mold and extracting the fabric-attached injection-molded product and an injection-molded product without a fabric by using an eject pin; and an injection-molded product attaching process for completing a product by attaching the extracted injection-molded products to each other. |
