PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit capable of closely bonding a translucent cover to an LED fitting part, and a lighting fixture.SOLUTION: A light source unit includes: a translucent cover 122 that includes a substrate contact part contacting with an LED substrate 121c, and a cover part erecting from both side parts of the substrate contact part and covering an LED 121a; and an LED fitting part 123 to which the translucent cover 122 is fitted. The LED fitting part 123 includes a cover fitting part 1231 contacting with the substrate contact part, and a pair of projection pieces 1233 projecting in a transverse direction from both side parts of the cover fitting part 1231. The translucent cover 122 includes a pair of holding parts holding the pair of projection pieces 1233. |
