The present invention relates to a vertical actuator using pneumatic pressure and hydraulic pressure. The present invention comprises: a pressure chamber (101) divided into a lower first operation unit (1) and an upper second operation unit (2); a first pressure chamber (11) having a second port (13) and a first port (12); a third pressure chamber (21) having a fourth port (23) and a third port (22); a working rod (15) positioned inside the first pressure chamber (11); a plunger (25) positioned inside the third pressure chamber (21); a second pressure chamber (3); and a fluid storage chamber (4). The present invention separates the third pressure chamber (21) and the fluid storage chamber (4) and enables a plurality of fluid inlets (53) to be formed in an outer circumference of a plunger flow hole (52). Therefore, the present invention prevents large quantities of fluids from flowing backward and safely induces fluid particulates to be re-introduced to the fluid storage chamber. |
