A push switch having a high indenting resistance is provided. In a push switch (100) which comprises: a fixed contact part (4a) and a case (3) which is equipped with a space part (3a) which accommodates an operating member (1) and a movable contact member (2), and is equipped with a cover member for enveloping the space part (3a), the case (3) has a body part (4k) which is protruded to a rear side of the inner most surface (4e) of the space part (3a) which is formed by an exposure of the fixed contact part (4a). The body part (4k) has a cut-out part (4m) which is cut-out to a front from an end part of a rear part, and the fixed contact part (4a) is composed of a first fixed contact part (4f) and a second fixed contact part (4g). The first fixed contact part (4f) has a central contact part (4n) which is in contact with a movable contact part (2) and an extended protrusion part (4p) which is extended and protruded to be continuously protruded from the inner most surface (4e) around the central contact part (4n). The central contact part (4n) is disposed to the places corresponding to the body part (4k) of the inner most surface (4e). |
